This proactive step on your part assists us in avoiding any installation-related damage for items that need to be returned. Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If you encounter any issues, we are here to assist you in resolving them as quickly as possible.

Returning an Item for Other Reasons: If the product didn't quite meet your expectations and you'd like to return it, no worries! You have 3 days to return it. Once we receive the product in its original, undamaged condition, we'll process your refund promptly. Your satisfaction is important to us!

Riadland offers a free return, returning items won't cost you a thing. Once your return request is approved, you'll receive an email with step-by-step shipping instructions, and rest assured, we cover all the shipping costs. Please make sure to package the item securely to ensure it arrives undamaged and to expedite your refund process.
